Folio. Bound by The City Book Binding Co. of Waterbury in three-quarter red sheep and cloth, covers and spines titled in gilt. Leaves contain pasted printed voter slips arranged by street with contemporary pencil and ink annotations throughout.

Used, with light wear; spine tails rubbed and chipped with exposed board at foot of volume 3; joints lightly rubbed; corners scuffed; minor age toning and scattered paste stains to interior leaves.
