Octavo, 2 vols. Original pictorial blue cloth stamped in black and gilt, and green publisher’s cloth with inset pictorial cover label and gilt stamping. Illustrated with frontispieces and a folding colored plan of the mill property.

Sound used copies; light bumping and rubbing to corners and spine extremities; minor surface scuffing and faint spotting to cloth; interiors clean with light handling creases to the folding plate.
